ABOUT GIRONA RACING ACADEMY.

Girona Racing Academy provides an opportunity for high-potential endurance sport athletes to train and race in a performance environment. The academy is made up of two teams; our Elite Girona based multisport team, and our Global Collective team who follow our proven approach on an international community basis.

Collective Team: Athletes follow the same advanced coaching program applied to our elite team that has consistently produced significant performance improvements. Athletes in this team form part of our international community who train in their home location, and are invited to join camps with us, race with us, compete in our exclusive aero kit, and feel apart of a likeminded group of ambitious non-professional athletes. This team is designed to progress performance as far as possible whilst having to balance other life commitments. This team has also proven to be a good pathway into our Girona Elite team and professional racing. Elite Girona Team: Athletes in the academy participate in a professional race calendar with world class coaching, equipment, and support whilst simultaneously studying towards an internationally recognised university qualification. Ultimately our mission for this team is to help change the development pathway of young high potential athletes with the future proof security that higher education provides.
